1. Nature of the Platform
StrataRelay (“the Platform”) is a non-custodial quantitative intelligence and trade execution SaaS platform. The Platform provides algorithmic market intelligence, model telemetry, and execution automation tools. StrataRelay is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, custodian, or financial institution.
2. Non-Custodial Operation & User Custody
StrataRelay never takes custody of, deposits, or holds user digital assets or fiat currency. In Connected Execution mode, transactions execute directly on user-owned accounts via restricted API keys. Users must not supply API keys with withdrawal permissions enabled.
3. Assumption of Risk & No Guarantee
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of financial loss. Past model performance (backtest, out-of-sample, or paper shadow) does not guarantee future results. The user assumes full responsibility for all trading activity and financial outcomes.
4. API & Webhook Usage Policies
Users agree not to scrape, overwhelm, or reverse engineer StrataRelay infrastructure. API keys must be kept secure. Rate limits must be respected.
